Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services across a small Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting
Deliver short-term and long-term care rehabilitation services within the skilled nursing facility
Provide outpatient (Med B) therapy services to assisted living and independent living residents
Participate in weekend rotation coverage as scheduled
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience working in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or CCRC environment
Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with weekend rotation
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Medicare Part B (outpatient) therapy services
Familiarity with short-term rehabilitation and long-term care patient populations
Comfort working in a smaller, community-oriented facility environment
