Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital-based physical therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
