Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona (permanent license required)
- Prior experience working in a physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start
- Proof of license application must be provided within 5 business days of booking if licensure is pending
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation and compliance standards
