Contract | Days | Monday 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Tuesday 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Wednesday 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting
- Manage an expected caseload of approximately 10 patient visits per day
- Complete clinical documentation using Epic EMR
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and patient goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress and discharge planning
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of West Virginia or eligibility to obtain
- Valid, unexpired driver's license — a copy must be provided at time of submission
- Any background hits or criminal history must be disclosed at time of submission
- Compliance with facility infection control standards — no false/artificial nails permitted
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior acute care physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Epic EMR documentation system
- Ability to manage a high-volume patient caseload efficiently
