Contract (13–26 weeks) | Days | Monday–Friday | Flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
- Document patient care and progress using the Raintree EMR system
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with plan of care goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient PT experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
- New graduates are not eligible for this position
- Must be available for 2 evening shifts per week (until 7:00 PM)
- Must complete three required HealthStream Modules prior to assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Spanish-speaking skills (highly preferred)
- Prior experience with Raintree EMR
- Experience working in a community health or outpatient clinic environment
