We are actively seeking a Physical Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Billings, Montana on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated rehabilitation team while helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
