Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with the plan of care
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license (Washington State or valid Compact License accepted)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to fulfill contract QA credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
- Commitment to a 13- to 26-week contract engagement
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with documentation systems used in outpatient physical therapy settings
