Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to an outpatient population including orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health patients
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Participate in double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic scheduling practices
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maryland or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be subject to a local pay rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
• Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, or pelvic health patient populations
• Comfort working in a high-volume clinical environment
