Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
- Meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
- Deliver evidence-based treatment and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates accepted)
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in Pennsylvania
- Ability to meet productivity and scheduling expectations in an outpatient setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience
- Comfort working in a high-volume outpatient clinic environment
