Contract (13–26 weeks) | Days | Monday–Friday | 4x10 schedule available; must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments to a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using the Raintree EMR system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Complete required pre-assignment onboarding modules prior to start of assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
Proficiency or ability to quickly learn the Raintree EMR system
Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week (until 7:30 PM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation experience
Comfort working in a high-volume outpatient clinic environment
Experience with productivity-based caseload management
