Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as expected within the clinic's scheduling model
- Deliver evidence-based evaluation and treatment in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license — PTAs will not be considered for this role
- Must hold or be eligible for licensure in the state of Oregon
- First-time travelers and new graduates are welcome to apply
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred
- Experience in orthopedic patient care settings
- Comfort with high-volume caseloads and productivity-driven environments
