Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients across assigned caseload
Administer evaluations, tests, and treatments in accordance with plan of care
Develop realistic, functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations
Apply appropriate modalities and procedures with demonstrated knowledge of indications and contraindications
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license required in the state of California
Demonstrated knowledge of physical therapy modalities, procedures, indications, and contraindications
Ability to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous experience in a clinical or facility-based setting
Strong communication skills for working with patients and families
