Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license (permanent state licensure required; compact license may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly)
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements, including completion of documentation outside of standard clearance processes
- Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the past year are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy experience
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
