Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm | Expected 40 hours/week | No weekends, holidays, or on-call
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide patient education and home exercise programs
- Oversee patient treatments from start to finish
- Manage approximately 6–9 patients per day in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Work independently to manage patient care
- Document patient care using TruBridge EMR
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Ability to work independently and manage patient care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with TruBridge EMR
- Familiarity working in a rural or critical access outpatient setting
