Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans in an outpatient setting
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional outcomes
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Georgia
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload efficiently
