Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic patient population including older adults, post-operative patients, adolescents, and sports medicine patients
• Manage a caseload of 12+ visits per day and 55+ visits per week, maintaining 90% productivity
• Provide care across a broad range of conditions including ACL tears, rotator cuff repair, disc herniation, total joint replacement, plantar fasciitis, and more
• Document clinical notes accurately and efficiently using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
• Collaborate with a supportive clinic team including additional PTs, a Rehab Aide, and a Patient Experience Coordinator
• May be required to float to additional clinic locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Virginia
• Ability to meet productivity expectations of 90% and 55+ visits per week
• Proficiency or ability to learn the NextGen electronic documentation system
• Ability to work a 5x8 schedule within clinic operating hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1+ year of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred
• Experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic and post-operative conditions
• Familiarity with sports medicine and general orthopedic patient populations
