Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8 Hours, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM | Onsite | 13–26 Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a pediatric patient population, working independently
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
• May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license required — pending licensure not accepted; compact license must be in hand at submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience required — this is a hard stop; candidate will be working independently
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; post-submission RTO requests may not be granted
• Must live within 50 miles of the facility to be considered a local candidate; candidates residing more than 50 miles away are also eligible to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travel therapy candidates are welcome to apply
• Experience in an acute care hospital or outpatient pediatric setting
• Flexibility with scheduling, including willingness to commit to holiday coverage as required
