Physical Therapist – Outpatient Pediatrics

Schedule / Job Type
Contract (up to 26 weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a pediatric patient population, working independently
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward established goals
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic electronic health records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California Physical Therapist license (no pending licenses accepted)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Pediatrics experience required – candidates without pediatric experience will not be considered
- Ability to work independently in an outpatient pediatric setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic electronic health records charting system
- Prior experience in an acute care hospital outpatient setting
