Contract | Days | Sunday, Monday, Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Acute Care); Wednesday 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM (Outpatient)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient physical therapy services in an acute care setting
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy services on designated clinic days
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward established goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care across settings
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Experience working in both acute care and outpatient settings
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an inpatient acute care hospital environment
- Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or general rehabilitation caseloads
- Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple care settings within the same week
