Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinical setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs and goals
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Maintain compliance with all credentialing, licensure, and facility-specific requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia (permanent license required; compact licensure alone is not sufficient)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
- Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and clinical workflows
