Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services within a Critical Access Hospital setting
Deliver care across multiple settings including inpatient, outpatient, home health, and nursing home
Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses and functional limitations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and outcomes
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Nebraska or a Compact State license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued through the American Heart Association
Experience providing physical therapy in an acute or clinical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare environment
Comfort working across multiple care settings including home health and long-term care
