Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific documentation requirements prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license — permanent state license required; compact license may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly
- Experience working as a Physical Therapist in a relevant clinical setting
- Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
- Ability to commit to a 40-hour guaranteed workweek with a 30-day notice period
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with travel or contract assignment workflows and documentation processes
