Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and functional outcomes
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Mexico
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Ability to work 35 hours per week, 5 days per week
Availability Monday through Friday with no weekend rotation required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an outpatient or clinical therapy setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interaction
