Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required; must obtain a permanent New Mexico state license prior to or immediately upon assignment start
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start
- Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
