Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in Albuquerque, NM

Our client is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a Unknown shift position in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This Therapy role is based in the Physical Therapist and requires a minimum of 2 years of recent Physical Therapist experience.

Position Requirements

• Active New Mexico license and/or Compact license
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent Therapy – Physical Therapist experience
• 2 current clinical references

Documentation Requirements

• Current resume
• Physical exam (within 12 months)
• TB skin test (within 12 months)
• Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
• Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
• Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
• Ability to pass background check and urine drug screening
