Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinic-based setting
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active, permanent South Carolina Physical Therapist license (compact license not accepted)
- Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
- Ability to complete facility-specific documentation requirements as part of the onboarding process
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with travel or contract assignment workflows and expectations
