Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy care at the primary location and at outreach sites
- Evaluate and treat patients with a focus on orthopedic conditions across a range of ages
- Manage an expected caseload of approximately 8 patients per day
- Document patient care using EPIC computerized charting
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- BLS certification required
- Outpatient orthopedics experience required
- Must be within 80 miles of the facility to be eligible for local placement consideration
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with outreach or multi-site clinic settings
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records
