Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Wisconsin physical therapy license is required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Availability to work Days shift. Shift schedule: Days, 0830-1630, 5x8.
