The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering Physical Therapy services as prescribed by a licensed provider, within an inpatient, outpatient, and/or home health setting. Treatments provided are to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent/limit physical disabilities, and/or increase independence to improve patients' overall functioning within their environment.
