Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions adhering to safeguards.
- Document patient's information for evaluation and establish therapeutic plans, modifying them as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and exercises for home continuation.
- Treat individuals of all ages and various diagnoses, incorporating current research into daily practice.
- Follow clinical practice guidelines and demonstrate proper documentation as per departmental standards.
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- Must be licensed in the state of SD as a Physical Therapist.
- BLS certification required.
