Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,886 per week in Zanesville, OH

The schedule consists of five 8-hour days. The center is closed on weekends and all major holidays. EPIC EMR is used for documentation. Candidates must have at least two years of current experience in pediatrics rehab. The Physical Therapist will manage an existing caseload of 50 patients. BLS certification and an Ohio license are mandatory. Applicants with multiple days of requested time off will be considered low priority.
