Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Evaluate new patients and set objective measurable treatment goals
- Administer diagnostic tests to determine patient impairment and prognosis
- Implement treatment modalities and adjust plans based on progress
- Document patient care and communicate with caregivers
- Instruct patients and families in therapeutic procedures
- Guide and direct Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and students
- Maintain departmental policies and safety standards

- Maintain daily statistical records of patient activity and charges
- Provide service excellence in all interactions
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current BLS certification
