Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Seattle, WA 98126

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Seattle, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), Monday through Friday. Patient ratio of 1:5. No weekend coverage required. This position cannot accommodate 4x10 or 3x12 schedules.

Requirements:
  • Active Washington state Physical Therapy license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
  • Minimum of 1 year of skilled nursing facility (SNF) and/or long-term care (LTC) experience required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required
  • Experience with PointClickCare charting system preferred
  • Reliable personal transportation required
  • Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
  • First-time travelers not accepted for this position
