Description: Home health experience and OASIS experience are required. Local candidates are accepted. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS rate. Candidates must have the required certifications and licenses attached with the submission. Charting experience in EPIC is required. Candidates must have a supervisory reference available for submission. Floating may be requested based on the needs of the facility. All requests for time off should be kept to a minimum. No more than seven days total time off is preferred. Any requests for time off must be included in the initial submission. Additional requests for time off will not be approved after an offer has been made. All staff must have appropriate specialty experience within the last year. Candidates must be willing to comply with any floating requests based on facility needs.
