Previous managerial experience preferred. License: Must be licensed in good standing as a Physical Therapist. Certifications: Current BLS required. Must-Have: - Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited program in Physical Therapy. Description: Manages an inpatient and outpatient physical therapy clinic. Promotes and adheres to appropriate compliance with all governing body guidelines for a physical therapy practice. Coordinates an orthopedic specialty field clinic, including screening and prioritizing referrals. Collaborates with corporate teams to build administrative processes. Supports the mission of the organization. Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, detailed correspondence, and computerized documentation. Ability to write professional correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small or large group situations to customers, clients, and other employees. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
