Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs
• Implement and monitor therapeutic exercises and activities

• Ensure effective use of adaptive equipment

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• KY PT License or Compact License Accepted
• Experience in Home Care Home Based and Home Health
• Medicare Oasis experience preferred
