Certifications/Licenses:  
  • BLS/BCLS
Mandatory Experience:  
  • Physical Therapist
  • 2 Years exp
  • Shift: M-F 8a-4:30p Lunch 12-1p but flexibility of work hours may occur. . SATURDAYS  MUST BE ALE TO WORK SATURDAYS NO EXEPTIONIST
  • PT evaluations and treatments. Inpatient (25%) acute, ICU, SNF, and outpatient (75%) settings.
  • Requires independence and thorough care approaches for all outpatient diagnoses, and acute to SNF inpatient mobility progression with knowledge of discharge planning.
  • Required to work in ER, ICU, Med/Surg (Acute, Observation, and SNF), occasionally in OB, and extensively in our hospital based Outpatient PT Clinic.
  • Hawaii PT license
