Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Provide home health services to patients with various diagnoses including orthopedic and generalized weakness
- Utilize the Epic documentation system for patient charting
- Perform patient assessments and create personalized rehabilitation plans
- Collaborate with PTAs and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- BLS Certification
- Physical Therapist license - Must meet WV state requirements for practice
- Open and positive attitude towards learning the Epic system
