Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,662 to $2,862 per week in Oakland, CA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• CA PT License
• One year of Home Health experience

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week
• 3 full days of training, including one in house and two in the field
• Documentation system: Kinnser
• Required to prioritize start of care visits
• Required to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits
• Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
• Be generally responsive during normal business hours
• Territory: Greater Sacramento, CA, with expansion as needed
