This position is for 8-hour day shifts. The facility operates on a 1:1 patient ratio, with a maximum of 6 patients visited per day. Productivity points standard is set at 30. First-time travelers are accepted for this position. There is no weekend requirement. On-call duties are not required. No floating between units is expected. The facility cannot accommodate alternative scheduling options such as 4x10s or 3x12s. The traveler should be prepared for potential travel with a maximum radius of roughly 60 miles per day. COVID-19 vaccination, including primary series and one booster, is required. Oasis experience is necessary for this role. The attire is business casual; jeans are not permitted, and scrubs are allowed but not required. Charting will be done using remote client software and a mobile application. The facility may call off up to one shift per pay period, which will not impact guaranteed hours. References are required that cover one year of experience within the last three years. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities if required. The client agrees to provide necessary communication devices for the role at no cost.
