Both inpatient and outpatient specialties are accepted for submissions. The clinician will work a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend requirements. The staff-to-patient ratio is 1:6. The facility requires a State License or a compact license, with a preference for candidates holding a license in-hand. The position guarantees 40 hours per week. RTO is limited to one week after the first two weeks due to orientation. No on-call duties are required for this role. The clinician should float within the scope to meet facility needs as necessary. The facility offers free housing. The patient population consists of adults and geriatrics. Daily patient census is approximately 7. The facility utilizes Cerner for charting. The position requires skills in various therapy techniques and patient assessments specific to inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.
