Description
I m looking to fill PT/OT/ST in certain areas of the state. PT/OT in Prescott, Cottonwood. ST in Fountain Hills and in Pinal County. PT in Tucson just to name a few positions.
In certain areas I need indefinite coverage.
M-F 8 to 5 on all shifts.
Needing start times as soon as we can get things going.
5-6 patient visit per day for all
23-27 points per week depending on location and number of miles needed to travel

No on call or weekend coverage required.
