Required orthopedic case skills/experience: Ankle sprains, cervicalgia, degenerative disc disease, degenerative joint disease, extremity mobilization, frozen shoulder, gait training, hip fractures/injuries, knee injuries/tendinopathy, low back pain, lumbar traction, myofascial release, osteoarthritis, post-operative cervical surgery, post-operative shoulder repair, post-operative spinal surgery, rheumatoid arthritis, sciatica, spinal conditions, spinal mobilization, total hip replacement, total knee replacement
Required neurologic case experience: Post-stroke rehabilitation
Required modality skills/experience: Cryotherapy, E-Stim, moist heat, TENS, ultrasound
Required professional skills and knowledge: Home exercise program, patient family education, safety and injury prevention
Required billing experience/skills: Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare A, Medicare B, private pay, worker's compensation
Description:
The position is for an outpatient physical therapist.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
There is some flexibility in hours that can be discussed with candidates.
Clinicians will not be required to float within the facility.
Weekend work is not required for this position.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience.
First-time travelers are accepted for this role.
Candidates must possess an active Illinois PT license at the time of application.
The expected caseload will involve patients with orthopedic conditions.
