We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team for a travel assignment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, strengthening, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical needs
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility techniques, fall prevention, and safety strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate
  • Provide recommendations for continued therapy and follow-up services
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment
  • Adapt quickly to new facilities, teams, documentation systems, and patient populations
Requirements
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Required: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of assignment or ability to obtain
  • Previous clinical experience preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
