Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessment and evidence-based treatment for patients with a wide range of diagnoses and complexities in the acute inpatient setting.

Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans and goals.

Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and other therapists, to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.

Educate patients and family members on the plan of care, treatment goals, and safe mobility techniques.
