Experience with the mentioned patient types. Working with a multidisciplinary team. Description: This position focuses solely on Physical Therapy services. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. There is no on-call requirement and no weekend coverage. The department serves a diverse patient population. Common diagnoses include spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, amputations, multiple trauma, hip fractures, bilateral knee replacements, and cardiac surgery recovery. Medically complex and debilitating patients are also part of the caseload. Experience in both inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient settings is essential. Outpatient responsibilities will include general orthopedic cases, sports medicine, and pediatric developmental care. Colleagues will provide support within the department, including supervisors, assistant directors, and peer therapists. Clinical documentation will utilize specific electronic medical record systems. The role will require full engagement with the case load by the end of the week. Time off requests will be discussed during the interview process. No holiday coverage is required for this position. Scrubs or professional dress may be dictated by the department in which the employee will work.
