The role involves visiting patients in their homes and care facilities. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The contractor will provide services to meet the needs of patients in the specified area. Traveling up to 75 miles from the home clinic is required. The contractor will manage a caseload of 5 to 10 patients per day. Weekly productivity expectations are set at 30 points. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of patient appointments. No on-call duties are required, but there may be rotating Saturday work for Start of Care assessments. Candidates must be comfortable with potentially longer drives between patients. All patients assigned must be accepted regardless of location. Local candidates are accepted but will work under the same expectations as travelers. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. The contractor will not have guaranteed hours but will have the opportunity to float to nearby clinics if needed.
