Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• GA license, compact license acceptable
• Prior home health experience
• HCHB

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• No on-call requirement.

General Coffee State Park is about 15 miles from Douglas and features trails, a heritage farm, and rare wiregrass habitat.
