We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment at a healthcare facility. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and maximize independence.

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility interventions
Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize rehabilitation outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, mobility techniques, and safety strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued therapy services when appropriate
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life
Requirements
Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Required: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of assignment or ability to obtain
Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new clinical environments
