Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Provide specialized pelvic or orthopedic rehabilitation services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care
- Utilize evidence-based practices for patient evaluations and treatments
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and recovery goals
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty
- Certification in Herman & Wallace Level 1 or APTA Pelvic Health, or strong orthopedic PT experience
